We prioritize clean, safe, and environmentally responsible practices. Our core standard is to use organic and non-toxic materials whenever possible—safe for humans, pets, and infants. Each work site is managed with a goal of maintaining 99.99% control over environmental and safety conditions, ensuring a secure, organized, and professional workspace.
Scope of Work & Documentation
Before beginning any project, a written Scope of Work will be prepared, reviewed, and signed by both SquirreLogic LLC and the client. This document will outline the specific details of the job, materials used, methods applied, and expected outcomes.
A signed and dated copy will be provided to the client for recordkeeping.
Our work process is based on documented and up-to-date industry methods and systems. All materials and techniques are thoroughly researched to ensure compliance with the most current safety and quality standards.

-
Immediately assess any newly discovered issues.
-
Communicate findings to the client before proceeding.
-
Provide a revised plan or additional estimate if further work is necessary.
This process ensures that all work remains within the approved scope and that any deviations are properly documented and approved before continuation.

-
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun.

Remaining balances are due upon completion of the service, as outlined in the signed estimate or invoice.
Refunds & Adjustments
Because our work involves custom, labor-based services, full refunds are not typically issued once work has started.
However, SquirreLogic LLC will review any concerns or disputes on a case-by-case basis and may offer the following remedies:
-
A service correction or re-work at no additional charge if the issue results from workmanship within the original scope.
-
A partial refund or credit if the issue cannot reasonably be corrected and is clearly due to an error on our part.
All requests for adjustments or refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of project completion.
Cancellations
-
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will not incur a fee.
-
Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in a $50 cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit to cover scheduling and administrative costs.
Work Quality Guarantee
SquirreLogic LLC guarantees all labor and workmanship for 30 days from completion unless otherwise stated in the contract.
If an issue arises within that period, we will promptly inspect and correct it, provided it falls within the original scope of work.
